Weight Loss Contest Starts April 1st, it is not a joke, really!

Do you want to join? You do not lose anything but can win the prize sponsored by me to the one who loss the highest % of body weight
Here are the rules and 3 easy steps:

Step 1: Subscribe here with your email address

Step 2: I need your today picture and weight confirmed by the witness. Witness can be someone chosen by you, I need his/her: name & email address
In case you do not want to post your photo here on website, send it by email to me

Step 3: You send me the same your photo & weight 1 month from now on 1st of May, also confirmed by witness
You need to subscribe by 5th of April at latest. Later you do, less time you have for Weight Loss Contest.

The winner announcement will be 25th of May.

If you want to stay anonymous all the time you need to tell me in your email.
To get your Winner Prize (I am sponsoring) you need to give me the shipping address you want this to be shipped.

    1. I studied commodity science and have master study. I have laboratories tested food products and had to know a lot about chemical structure and content of it. I tried a lot of different diets, and success of weight loss was not permanent. Until I bought a Dukan diet book and started more study and research about food. I lived in Texas (the most ‘overweighted’ state in US) for 2 years and could really see people overusing low fat ‘diet’ products, sugar free sodas, deep fright meals, I gained 10kg in US, after moving to China I decided to do my own diet plan -combination of Dukan but with some exceptions -no low fat, sugar free products, I still eat nuts, and grains like quinoa, chia seeds. I love wholefood store. In my next post I will share my home made bread recipe, I just created by my own.
      After I lost last year 30 pounds I decided to share how I did it. I hope people will use the best tips wisely.
